When a single yacht accounts for almost one-third of the total monthly sales value, the effect on the wider market is significant.
According to data from BOATPro, the superyacht brokerage market reached a total reported sales value of €1.03 billion in June 2026, more than double the value recorded during the same month last year.
The result was driven primarily by the sale of the 100-metre Feadship motor yacht Moonrise, which had been offered with an asking price of €325 million. On its own, the transaction represented close to one-third of the total value recorded during the month.
June 2026 at a Glance
Total sales: 47
Total sales value: €1.033 billion
Average sale value: €22 million
New listings: 32
Total new listing value: €555.1 million
Average new listing price: €17.3 million
Price reductions: 47
Total value removed through price reductions: €69.5 million
For comparison, 50 yachts were reported sold in June 2025. Transaction volume was therefore slightly lower year on year, despite the total reported value more than doubling.
Additional transactions may still be reported after the close of the monthly reporting period, which could reduce the difference in overall sales volume.
Headline Transaction: Feadship Moonrise
The month’s defining transaction was the sale of Moonrise, the 100-metre Feadship delivered in 2020.
Offered with an asking price of €325 million, she occupied a category of her own within the June results. Transactions of this scale can substantially influence monthly market figures, particularly within a sector where individual assets may be valued in the hundreds of millions of euros.
The sale demonstrates that demand remains present at the highest end of the brokerage market when the yacht, ownership profile and technical pedigree align with buyer expectations.
It also illustrates why total market value must always be considered alongside transaction volume. June produced fewer reported sales than the same month last year, but significantly greater financial activity.
Further Notable Sales
Beyond Moonrise, June produced several other significant transactions.
The 60-metre Abeking & Rasmussen motor yacht Scott Free changed hands after being offered at an asking price of €39.5 million.
Also sold was Silver Star I, a 55-metre Admiral motor yacht that had been listed at €29.99 million. She is the second yacht from the Admiral S-Force 55 series and features an interior designed by Giorgio Armani.
The 58.2-metre CRN motor yacht Odyssey was another major sale recorded during the month, having been offered with an asking price of €29.5 million.
New Listings: Amels Synthesis Leads the Market
A total of 32 yachts entered the brokerage market during June, representing a combined asking value of €555.1 million.
The most valuable new listing was the 74-metre Amels motor yacht Synthesis. Following an extensive refit at Damen Yachting, she entered the market with an asking price of €132 million.
Also entering the market was Neninka, a 67.6-metre Amels offered at €85 million through Burgess.
Another notable development involved the 99.1-metre Christina O, which was listed at €52 million following a substantial €38 million price reduction.
The adjustment applied to Christina O was the largest individual price reduction recorded during the month and accounted for more than half of the €69.5 million removed from the market through 47 separate price corrections.
Price Reductions: Sellers Continue to Adjust
The number and total value of price reductions recorded in June provide an important counterpoint to the month’s headline sales figure.
While the market generated more than €1 billion in reported sales, 47 yachts also received price reductions. Together, these adjustments removed €69.5 million from the total asking value of the brokerage fleet.
This reflects a market that remains active but highly selective.
Yachts with credible pricing, strong maintenance histories and specifications aligned with current buyer demand can still attract serious interest. Assets entering the market with ambitious valuations, deferred technical requirements or a prolonged brokerage history are more likely to experience pricing pressure.
For sellers, correct positioning at the beginning of the process remains considerably more effective than relying on substantial reductions after extended time on the market.
Market Context: What June’s Data Tells Us
June’s results should not be interpreted simply as a broad doubling of market activity.
The total value was heavily influenced by the Moonrise transaction, while the actual number of yachts sold was slightly lower than in June 2025. The more relevant conclusion is that exceptionally high-value transactions continue to have the capacity to transform monthly brokerage results.
The figures also indicate continued activity in the upper end of the market. Alongside the €325 million Moonrise transaction, new listings such as Synthesis and Neninka demonstrate that substantial inventory continues to enter the market above the €80 million level.
For buyers, this creates opportunities, but also increases the importance of accurate valuation, technical due diligence and a clear understanding of each yacht’s position relative to recent comparable transactions.
For sellers, June confirms that capital remains available. However, buyer interest should not be confused with indiscriminate demand. Condition, provenance, presentation and realistic pricing remain decisive.
