Franz Schillinger
CEOFranz has built his career at the intersection of strategic sales, entrepreneurship and executive leadership. After senior management roles across Europe, including serving as CEO of a U.S. company, he transitioned into entrepreneurship, founding and successfully exiting a distribution business in North America before acquiring Master Yachting in 2008. He established the company as a leading player in the Central European yacht industry with a focus on discreet transactions, strategic positioning and long term value creation. Through a subsidiary, Master Yachting also served as the exclusive representative of Sanlorenzo Yachts for over six years. Today, The Yacht Mastery stands for independent, client focused advisory at the highest level.
Snjezana Schillinger
PRSnježana has built her career from the outset in sales and marketing across the media, fashion and luxury real estate sectors. She established one of Croatia’s leading PR and event agencies with a focus on these segments as well as the yachting industry. As a yacht owner and passionate enthusiast, she brings a refined understanding of the lifestyle and its clientele. She adds an authentic and valuable perspective to the team.
Christian Pichler
Yacht AdvisorChristian has more than 15 years of experience in the yachting industry. He combines strategic marketing, bespoke consultancy and the sale of premium yachts. He develops tailored solutions and manages transactions at the highest level from the first inquiry to the final handover. He ensures his clients enjoy the best possible time on the water. His ambition is to deliver excellence in yacht advisory, charter and sales.
